I am a trained Hypnobirthing Instructor with years of experience facilitating adult learning, a passionate birth nerd hosting NZs favourite Birth podcast and a Mum to two beautiful boys.
Your Birth Project is the place you go to create your best birth. YBP includes an online hypnobirthing course designed for ALL births, a Pregnancy Journal to support your birth dreams and recently added in-person courses. We are passionate about giving Mamas the knowledge they need to make confident decisions about their labour and birth.
I believe birth can be so much better with the right tools in your toolkit. I am so passionate about giving Mama what she needs to create her best birth, no matter what that means to her.
