For NZ customers, shipping takes approximately 1-3 working days after the item has been sent. A tracking number will be sent to the email provide, so you can follow package all the way to your vulva! If you or the recipient are not home, your package will be left on the destinations property in a safe place.

We currently ship to AUS however it can take around 2-4 weeks unless you chose express shipping with DHL (this is more costly and we sincerely apologise for this). A tracking number will be sent to the email provide, so you can follow package all the way to your vulva!

Customs fee for your country are at cost to the buyer.

If this is a gift, we can package it really nice and send it on your behalf (you supportive friend, you). Just select ‘This is a gift’ option and pop your message in the notes section upon checkout.

We dispatch your orders using GoSweetSpot, which means we have a number of awesome couriers that collect and deliver your parcels.
