How to use
Step One: Belly Birth Ice Packs:
Pop packs in the fridge for an hour or so. Once cold (not frozen), apply to c-section incision, don’t place it directly on skin, pop a towel in between.
And don't forget, these help soothe itching sensations (and if you deliver via c-section your vulva may still need heaps of love!)
Step Two: Viva La Vulva Healing Spray:
Spray directly on your c-section incision.* It is ideal for any cuts, tears, scars
*Talk to your Lead Maternity Carer first to discuss your specific needs and when would be best to use.
Step Three: Belly Birth Scar Oil:
Once initial surface incision has healed, gently massage the Belly Birth Scar Oil to the area for a few minutes daily to help alleviate numbness, heal nerve damage, and restore normal tissue function. See leaflet inside the product for more detailed instructions.
